- Anise Hyssop (P) Tall, purple blooms all summer.
- Butterfly Bush (P) Tall, blooms all summer, comes in many colors. Major nectar producer! We have "Cornwall Blue", "Miss Ellen", "White Perfection", "Pink Delight", "Royal Red", "Sungold", "Lochninch", and many others.
- Butterflyflower (P) Bright orange for Monarchs! Also in "Ice Ballet", white flowers.
- Coneflower (P) Tall, pink blooms in summer.
- Cosmos (A) Tall, rose, pink, white blooms all summer.
- Dames Rocket (P) Medium. Purple, lavender or white blooms in spring. Self-seeds.
- Dill (A) Tall. Important larvae food plant.
- Fennel (P) Tall. Important larvae food plant.
- Gomphrena (A) Medium. Clover-like blooms all summer!
- Joe Pye "Gateway" (P) Tall, huge rose blooms.
- Lantana (TP) Medium. Major nectar producer!
- Pentas (TP) Low, blooms all summer. Good choice for containers!
- Parsley (B) Low. Important larvae food plant.
- Pinevine (P vine) Climbing. Vital for Pipevine Swallowtail. Rue (P) Medium. Important larvae food plant/egg site for Giant Swallowtail.
- Sedum (P) Medium. Rosy blooms in autumn.
- Tithonia (A) Tall. "Torch" Orange daisies all summer.
- Thistle (P) Medium "Golden" has yellow blooms, "Globe" has blue blooms.
- Zinnia (A) Medium to low. Blooms all summer. Dreamland or Profusion series best.
